  • Native level of English
Barcelona
  • Conduct outbound sales activities to re-engage existing customers and warm leads.
  • Build strong relationships with B2B clients and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Follow up on leads and recent orders to generate new business opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track activities, and maintain an organized pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Experience in outbound B2B sales, account management, customer success, or business development.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers over the phone.
  • Ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and uncover business opportunities.
  • Commercial mindset with experience managing pipelines and working toward sales targets.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Sage, or similar.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven approach.
  • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
  • Salary: €24-26K base with uncapped comissions
  • Office in the centre of Barcelona with free coffee and tea
  • Ticket Restaurant (100€ per month)
  • Medical insurance
  • Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
  • Hybrid working model: 2-3 days per week at the office
  • Team building activities

  • Step 4: Interview in the office with the Sales Director
