The company is looking for a Sales Development Representative, based in Barcelona, to be responsible for the first part of the sales cycle and take sales to new heights while identifying leads and qualifying sales opportunities, with a focus on enterprise businesses. You will be contributing to the success of the company, and have great development possibilities.

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by effectively profiling, strategic accounts and contacts
  • Engage prospects through personalized communication via LinkedIn, emails, and cold calls to secure conversations and uncover critical business needs
  • Take ownership and responsibility for individual tasks and targets, ensuring overall success in meeting sales quotas
  • Work independently and collaboratively with various teams to ensure a consistent and effective speed-to-lead process
  • Follow established business processes and utilize tools like Salesforce.com (CRM), LinkedIn, and referral processing systems
  • At least 6 months of experience doing the first part of the sales cycle (B2B sales is highly valued)
  • SaaS and Payroll sales are a big plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and eagerness to take ownership and make a real impact
  • You have a passion for reaching out to people, presenting a service/ product
  • You have great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales
  • Problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce)
