Operating across 11 countries, this institution combines immense global capital strength with agile local market expertise.

  • Lead the development and continuous optimisation of promotional materials for industrial parks, vacant spaces, build-to-suit projects, and upcoming developments
  • Deliver high-impact client presentations, property fact sheets, digital property listings, and tailored leasing kits
  • Partner closely with internal leasing and asset management teams to ensure all marketing assets perfectly align with commercial targets and property positioning
  • Direct localised corporate communications and media relations strategies to elevate brand equity and market presence
  • Oversee the production of press releases, industry editorials, client newsletters, and internal updates
  • Safeguard brand consistency across all local touchpoints, acting as the primary point of contact for the external PR agency
  • Execute targeted multi-channel digital campaigns across web, social, and email marketing pipelines to stimulate inbound inquiries
  • Track digital engagement metrics, web traffic analytics, and campaign KPIs to continually refine performance
  • End-to-end planning and execution of industry exhibitions, networking forums, trade shows, and exclusive client entertainment events
  • Supervise event logistics, brand sponsorships, and structured post-event follow-up strategies to foster long-term client relationships
  • Support business growth by managing incoming leads, keeping the CRM database meticulously updated, and tracking pipeline activity stemming from marketing efforts
  • Maintain a structured reporting cadence, analysing campaign performance against commercial indicators, occupancy goals, and marketing KPIs
  • 5 to 7 years of well-rounded, hands-on marketing experience spanning digital channels, public relations, content creation, and event coordination
  • A strong business background: You understand how marketing strategies tie directly into occupancy rates, commercial leasing, and pipeline velocity
  • Prior experience in a sales-adjacent or highly commercial B2B environment is a distinct advantage
  • A true "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude: You are just as comfortable designing a high-level market strategy as you are updating a property fact sheet or managing data entry in a CRM
  • Highly organized with immaculate attention to detail: You value robust corporate reporting, process accuracy, and structural consistency
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage expectations and collaborate with a demanding, elite local team and external vendors
  • You value organizational stability and market depth, and are looking to specialize long-term rather than seeking rapid team-management acceleration
  • Nice to Have: Industry exposure within Real Estate, Logistics, or Industrial Infrastructure
