  • Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining marketing materials for logistics parks, available spaces, and development projects.
  • Coordinating asset-specific marketing campaigns to support leasing objectives and customer acquisition.
  • Preparing presentations, brochures, property fact sheets, digital listings, and promotional materials.
  • Supporting PR and corporate communication initiatives, including press releases, newsletters, and media relations.
  • Coordinating digital marketing campaigns across websites, social media, email marketing, and other online channels.
  • Creating engaging marketing content such as videos, case studies, presentations, and customer success stories.
  • Monitoring digital campaign performance, website analytics, and marketing KPIs to optimize results.
  • Planning and executing exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Managing event logistics, sponsorships, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborating closely with leasing, asset management, development, and commercial teams to support business objectives.
  • Maintaining CRM data, supporting lead generation initiatives, and tracking commercial performance metrics.
  • Core Skills/Experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in a hands-on marketing position.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing channels, including digital marketing, communications, and events.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of business development and customer acquisition.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing analytics is a plus.
