Our client is a fast-growing logistics scale-up on a mission to transform how goods move. Currently in a strong growth phase, they are building a powerful SaaS platform used by both customers and transport partners—and they’re just getting started. 

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that new clients understand our logistics and operational services from end to end. You will provide training and support on how to use the platform and systems, guaranteeing a smooth and efficient transition that improves both the customer experience and internal workflows.

  • French: Bilingual proficiency or equivalent
  • Spanish: Full professional level
  • Any other language would be a plus
Barcelona
  • Logistics coordination: Supervise product reception, ensure stock is correctly registered, and collaborate with logistics to meet delivery deadlines and conditions
  • Collaboration with Operations: Ensure proper storage and distribution of products
  • Optimize internal processes together with the operations team
  • Communication with clients: Act as the point of contact during the onboarding process, provide updates on delivery status, and resolve concerns
  • Process optimization: Improve the efficiency of stock inbound processes and automate processes whenever possible
  • Previous experience (1-3 years) in Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Logistics Operations, Supply Chain, or similar roles 
  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus
  • Background in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields
  • Experience in project management and cross-departmental coordination
  • Skills in data analysis and tracking operational KPIs
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations with clients and teams
  • Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions
  • Proactivity in identifying improvements in the onboarding experience
  • Salary package: 23-27K plus 3K of bonus
  • Fridays = shorter days (6h) 🙌
  • Remote work 1 day per week after the probation period
