Operating from a vibrant Barcelona office with complete autonomy, you will oversee core people processes across four European territories as you sharpen your multi-country expertise. The position is built with long-term growth in mind, giving you the space to establish yourself as a key decision-maker and future leader within the department.

Barcelona
  • Supervise the complete employment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding frameworks, including contractual modifications, departures, and terminations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for workers and team leads across assigned areas to resolve inquiries and maintain an optimal environment
  • Oversee total compliance with regional labour frameworks and track statutory updates with the backing of external legal experts  
  • Coordinate local data inputs and administrative updates with the centralised corporate payroll team in the main European headquarters  
  • Formulate tailored performance improvement plans and training initiatives for personnel requiring additional development support  
  • Drive international corporate people standards, core values, and localised employee engagement projects across multiple geographic regions  
  • Generate regular data audits and custom workforce reports to satisfy global internal review regulations  
  • Partner closely with central talent acquisition teams to execute local staffing strategies and maintain best recruiting practices
  • 3/4 years of proven people operations experience within the Spanish market  
  • Solid grounding in Spanish labour regulations, employment contract management, and statutory termination processes  
  • Sufficient understanding of basic compensation calculations and local tax applications to guide internal employee queries
  • Strong solution-oriented mentality coupled with the capability to manage a localised office autonomously without direct on-site supervision  
  • Exposure to or familiarity with employment frameworks in Italy, France, or Portugal is considered a distinct advantage  
  • An annual performance incentive program equivalent to 12.5% of total gross salary
