In this strategic, high-impact role, you will drive their fleet division toward ambitious long-term expansion goals by optimizing high-value corporate accounts, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on operational leadership.

  • Leading daily fleet administration tasks and organizing commercial workflows
  • Directing market-level passenger car fleet commercial strategies to hit volume and profitability targets
  • Supervising a substantial team organized across distinct sub-divisions with intermediate team leaders
  • Coordinating efforts between business development managers focused on new client acquisition and account managers optimizing current agreements
  • Managing high-level contract negotiations and corporate commitments with major international companies
  • Defending pricing and residual value proposals within internal steering committees
  • Aligning sales objectives directly with operational delivery and corporate capabilities
  • Building strategic partnerships with automotive brand representatives and dealership networks
  • Driving long-term organizational transformation and team stabilization following recent structural updates
  • Extensive professional background within the fleet management or vehicle leasing industry
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish rental market, including competitor landscapes and corporate client structures
  • Strong expertise in vehicle financing models, lease frameworks, and residual value mechanics
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, high-value corporate account management, and complex commercial negotiations
  • Prior background managing teams or holding intermediate professional leadership roles
  • Willingness to travel across the country for regional conventions and key corporate client meetings
  • Strong alignment with core corporate values, including acting as a united team, empowering others, and driving personal development
  • Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and compliance, manage complexity, and think strategically
