Barcelona
  • Act as the main operational point of contact for customers
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care team to resolve inquiries or incidents
  • Identify upselling opportunities based on client needs
  • Carry out important communications: reports, operational changes, updates, etc
  • Perform monitoring and corrections on scoring and metrics (picking errors...)
  • Create and present operational reports on the performance of your clients
  • Operations and coordination with the warehouse
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team product inflows, B2B shipments, stock audits, etc
  • Inform and coordinate regarding the campaigns of your assigned clients
  • Coordinate operational priorities and guarantee the efficient use of resources
  • Communicate the specific needs and requirements of each client to the logistics team
  • Solve problems in real time, escalating when necessary to avoid service interruptions
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, logistics or the eCommerce sector
  • Knowledge in logistics operations (warehouse, stock management, B2B shipments)
  • Communication skills to interact with clients
  • Ability to interpret metrics and prepare operational reports
  • Results orientation with attention to detail
  • Salary package: 23-27K plus 3K of bonus
  • Fridays = shorter days (6h) 🙌
  • Remote work 1 day per week after the probation period
