My passion for people has always been a driving force for me, not only personally, but professionally too. Having developed my career with over 10 years of experience in the recruitment sector, I decided to leave what I knew and challenge myself by bringing something new and unique to the sector.

It was the summer of 2015 when I first opened the doors to Babel Profiles and decided to bring forth a new and improved way of approaching recruitment. Being inspired by the Babel tower, known for its multiculturalism and lingual diversity, I knew that when I birthed Babel Profiles, it would focus on seeking and developing a team of multilingual and international talent to deliver an infinite world of opportunities. I was able to pivot and innovate the sector with Babel Profiles by keeping my passion for people at the center of the company’s ethos and developing a personalized and human experience with a modern approach, to curate services and solutions for both candidates and clients ensuring that they were not just another number.

After 7 years in the sector as a niche business recruitment agency, I’ve decided to take our company to the next level and provide the market with a one-stop shop to all your business and tech recruitment needs. This expansion is supported by the absorption of a niche tech agency, making us a powerhouse in the sector.
