In this role, you will act as the primary lead for medium business accounts, taking full ownership of end-to-end account strategies to connect modern IT solutions with your clients’ core business initiatives.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the end-to-end account strategy for medium-sized business clients
  • Drive pipeline growth and close opportunities, focusing on acquiring new accounts, retaining existing ones, and expanding share-of-wallet
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders and executives to build long-term, outcome-based relationships
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with specialized internal teams to align technological resources with customer needs
  • Leverage digital selling tools and utilize AI insights to create personalized customer interactions and make smarter business decisions
  • Core Skills/Experience
  • Proven track record in sales or account management, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in handling medium business accounts
  • Deep understanding of modern IT ecosystems, technology services, and outcome-based selling
  • Exceptional collaboration, negotiation, and deal-closing skills, combined with a strong executive presence
  • Demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging technologies, particularly AI, to boost sales performance and daily productivity
  • Ability to successfully navigate complex organizations to uncover expansion opportunities
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
