  • Native level of English 
Barcelona
  • Customer service and inquiry management – Handling emails, calls, and chats for the UK market
  • Preparation of proposals and quotes based on customer needs
  • Comprehensive order management – Product selection, order confirmation, coordination with suppliers, and follow-up
  • Billing and after-sales control – Sending information and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Design editing and internal collaboration on additional tasks during the low season
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
  • Languages: Native English
  • Skills: Proactivity, responsibility, customer orientation, and the ability to work under pressure
  • Technical knowledge: Basic proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Pixelmator
