Our client is a fast-growing scale-up committed to helping protect the financial system on which millions of people depend. 

They are now seeking a Senior Operations Team Leader, who is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating the activities and projects of a team of Team Leaders, ensuring alignment with the overall Department and company objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of DO Team Leaders, ensuring that projects and tasks align with department goals and deadlines.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with DO Team Leaders to review progress, address challenges, and ensure consistent communication.
  • Follow up on Performance Enhancement plans.
  • Manage day-to-day operations within the department, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and SLAs.
  • Follow up on Capacity allocation and take necessary actions if gaps are identified.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Coordinate projects and discussions with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on company objectives.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Liaise with BPO partners in regular business reviews to ensure performance metrics are met and to address any operational challenges.

Core Skills/experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing or being involved in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations.
  • Experience in automation and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Experience in cross-departmental project coordination and collaboration.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational management tools and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced
    environment.
