Our client is a fast-growing digital identity technology provider, your main mission will be leading the Operations Team, which will play an important role in strategy and execution and help your team mature and evolve.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and review Ops policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with different teams (quality management, content management ) to ensure quality and results
  • Make key policy, planning, and strategy decisions
  • Implement successful coaching for analysts
  • Promote a team culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Work with senior stakeholders
  • Recruit, select, train, coach, counsel, and performance manage employees
  • Optimize performance feedback and performance management processes
  • Track and manage training needs


Core Skills/experience

  • At least 7 years of experience in Operations Management, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
  • Proven experience in managing large teams (+80) and complex operational processes, in a BPO environment
  • BPO experience is required
  • A degree in any field related to operations management. A Master’s degree is a plus
  • Knowledge or exposure to financial service/KYC or fintech
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
  • Experience leading people through change
  • Experience in a role with organizing and structuring work for self and others
  • Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Project management/planning experience
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
