Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy encompassing talent acquisition, development, retention, and organizational design 
  • Lead the evolution of the company culture, ensuring it remains progressive, mission-driven, and conducive to employee growth and engagement
  • Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Create and oversee best-in-class training and development programs that foster continuous learning, leadership development, and career progression for all employees
  • Provide strategic HR solutions that drive business performance
  • Lead the design and implementation of performance management and succession planning processes that identify and nurture high-potential talent across the organization
  • Oversee the development of competitive compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
  • Leverage data analytics and HR technology to drive informed decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives on business outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations across multiple geographies as the company expands internationally

Core Skills/experience

  • Around 8 years of progressive HR leadership experience across various regions preferably in the hospitality, retail, or consumer-facing industries
  • Proven track record supporting rapid business growth and market entry, emphasizing high-volume recruitment
  • Practical experience in creating and executing effective training programs
  • Strong business insight and strategic thinking, capable of converting HR strategies into measurable business outcomes
  • Extensive knowledge of Spanish labour laws and regulations (knowledge of French and UK laws is a plus)
  • Positive attitude, active listener, and eager learner
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
