Our client is a young start-up that is growing so fast that they already have 200 employees and another office in New York. The key to their success is providing technology for brand protection that no company offers and targeting SMEs instead of big companies. For this reason, it is made of very smart people who are participating in this adventure. Would you like to be part of it?

For their team of international Sales Development Representatives, they are looking for another Team Leader who will help them create the best leads for the Account Executive team.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Lead, Inspire, and Motivate the team by leading prospecting activities by example; coaching, training, and supporting the SDRs' daily activities
  • Use multi-technology platforms for building and communicating reports, and observations that become action plans
  • Keep track of the team’s professional skills; identify their strengths and areas of development and apply relevant training and coaching
  • Contribute and add value to the overall strategy in Europe by giving insight and providing feedback

Competências-chave / experiência

  • Previous experience in cold-calling is a must
  • Experience in managing teams of sales professionals
  • Previous experience in SaaS, Digital or tech/software industry is highly valued
  • Genuine leader, able to build trust, appreciation and respect
  • Analytical mindset, able to identify improvement areas and take actions
  • Patient and accessible
  • Problem solver, able to define new strategies and propose long-term and short-term ideas
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce
