This position is for a SaaS startup that enables companies to build a compassionate, purpose-driven culture and engage employees while serving the community—all through one platform. The company has recently set up its offices in Barcelona and is on a mission to grow the team!

The company is looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to jump on a challenging yet extremely rewarding adventure. You will be a real owner, contributing to the success of the company and have great development possibilities!


Principais Responsabilidades

  • Developing the US Market through prospection activities
  • Understand the needs of the target prospects and passionately articulate the value that the company's platform provides
  • Booking demos with the qualified leads
  • Gathering information about client business needs helping Account Executive on how to shape the best solution and offer
  • Brainstorming on new solutions to further develop our offering

Competências-chave / experiência

  • Native level of English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Proven track record as Sales Development Representative or similar roles
  • At least 1 year experience in Sales or Business Development 
  • Experience in software/technology/apps or SaaS experience in B2B is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership and make a real impact!
