We are a young recruitment agency that aims at creating a trusting and warm relationship with both clients and candidates. We use our "Babel Approach" to make an impact on the recruitment scenario in Barcelona. We aim at doing things differently and, for this reason, we are looking for a new Recruitment Consultant who is not scared of taking a new challenge and who wants to join a very fast-paced environment, where people matter.

Principais Responsabilidades

Being responsible for your own clients, making sure their recruitment needs are met
Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle (mainly sales roles), from sourcing new candidates to closing recruitment processes
Being able to create long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
Interviewing candidates both in a video conference and in face-to-face meetings, being able to run competence-based interviews
Attending client meetings when needed in order to build a long-lasting partnership
Achieving monthly and weekly targets to help you reach your goals

Furthermore:

Having the chance to be involved in the training of new employees
Being able to participate in internal projects to improve our work and/or implement new recruitment strategies
Sharing ideas on new way-of-work, recruitment strategies or company-related matters

Competências-chave / experiência

Bachelor's degree is a must
At least, 1 year of experience in a similar role
Passion for recruiting Sales profiles
People-oriented candidate, able to build successful relationships at a business level
Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure
Flexible personality, capable of adapting to rapid changes
Confident communication skills
A bright, confident, and energetic individual who is keen to take ownership of his or her work
Professional and positive attitude
