Our client is a Luxury Fashion e-commerce with more than 1000 international employees with offices located in London, New York, Sao Paulo, Moscow, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Porto, Lisbon & Guimaraes.
 

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Using a range of tools to interact with customers by email, phone and chat
  • Understanding de prospective client's profiles and needs
  • Being a professional intermediary between the company and its customers
  • Strengthening relationship with developed client portfolios

Competências-chave / experiência

  • 1 year of previous experience in customer service
  • Interest in fashion brands
  • Expertise in the use of IT systems (windows packages)
  • Excellent listener and a strong communicator
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A constant motivation for identifying and understanding the customer's needs
  • Passionate and assiduous mindset
