Are you an enthusiastic candidate fluent in French and English and looking for a new administrative job in finance in Barcelona? If so, we might have the job for you!

Our client is a well-known company providing industrial gases for the manufacturing sector. From food packaging to eco-buses, their gases improve everything from the quality of our food to the air we breathe. The company has offices all over the world, and in Cornellà de Llobregat they have a shared service center with over 300 employees from all four corners of the globe spread across three departments: Customer Support, Supplier Service, and Liquid Bulk:Logistics.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Managing the administration of all customer-related data
  • Handling all data entry requests and queries received
  • Identifying and communicating gaps, queries, and errors
  • Being the primary contact with the country-based account management team, as well as commercial and query teams
  • To support development and implementation of new work processes and tools

Competências-chave / experiência

  • Experience in a business/office environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of customer administration matters for different countries
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word…)
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
