Principais Responsabilidades

  • Building relationships with internal vendors and customers through phone and email contact.
  • Support and resolve specific questions to countries received through centralized email addresses.
  • Optimize problem solving when a business process fails and make internal processes understandable 
  • Responsible for managing the link between the customers and the sales territories and central supply chains. 
  • Ensuring that the expectations of logistics centers are met in terms of service levels
  • Answering questions that come in via ASM (After Sales Management Tool).
  • Create and distribute the CSC newsletter. 
  • Innovating the communication within CSC.

Competências-chave / experiência

  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Finnish.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to present complex information in a straightforward manner.
  • Being able to take initiative and responsibility with a positive way and constructive attitude.
  • Being able to do business in a professional manner. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
