Our client is a leading company in its industry. Tackling various international markets, they are creative and constantly innovating as they keep at the forefront of new technologies. It is a young, innovative company with a dynamic work environment in Barcelona. 

For their team based in Barcelona, they are looking for a new Account Manager to join their sales team!




Principais Responsabilidades

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities include:

- Identifying high potential lead and existing customers and manage with the sales team accordingly
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Managing B2B leads
- Making a perfect first impression on the phone or over email
- Discovering the leads/customers projects and offer the right solution according to their needs and fitting their business model
- Ensuring that the customer journey is as smooth as possible
- Ensure excellent communication and follow up with our potential customer and existing customers
- Managing an existing portfolio of clients taking care of new ones
- Provide excellent account management skills by welcoming, training and doing a quality follow up of your new and existing customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction 

Competências-chave / experiência


- 1 year of previous experience in sales and account management, preferably in a technical position
- Experience in dealing with B2B customers
- Results driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to listen and receive feedback from team members
- Pro-active attitude, not afraid to take on a challenge
- Detailed and analytical
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- E-commerce or digital marketing knowledge and experience is a plus!
