Our client is a well-known international company, leader in the Tourism sector and present in nearly 120 countries. They are looking for enthusiastic customer oriented individuals who can offer an all-round extraordinary business travel experience to one of their most important clients in the EMEA region. 

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Main responsible for meeting high-end service delivery across all teams and for the client travel management
  • Supervising coaches and counsellors as well as ensuring a high customer service level given by all teams
  • Guarantee positive atmosphere within the working environment by focusing on people management and development
  • Ensuring business profitability, productivity and operational cost objectives by providing high-end leadership

Experiencia/Habilidades

 
  • 3-5 years of combined experience as an Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager and leading teams preferably in the tourism industry
  • Ability to motivate, develop and guide a team by using appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for the tourism industry and for leading a large and diverse group in a fast moving environment where adaptability is an inevitable skill
  • Ability to establish priorities within work, work autonomously and archive objectives without supervision
  • Skilled in problem-solving and able to give solutions timely
  • Must be passionate about the tourism industry
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic and passionate mindset
