We are a young recruitment agency that aims at creating a trusting and warm relationship with both clients and candidates. We use our "Babel Approach" to make an impact on the recruitment scenario in Barcelona. 

We aim at doing things differently and, for this reason, we are looking for a new Senior Recruitment Consultant who is not scared of taking a new challenge and who wants to join a very fast-paced environment, where people matter.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • At Babel, we trust in you and your skills: You will be responsible for your own clients, build long-lasting, strong relationships, and partner with hiring managers making sure their recruitment needs are met
  • Identifying effective recruiting channels and sourcing strategies to attract and engage the best talents
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle of mid and senior-level roles, from sourcing new candidates to closing recruitment processes
  • Never boring and never the same: You will touch different profiles, levels, and clients and will get to know Barcelona's job market from different angles
  • Helping candidates preparing to "go live" during the recruitment process (profile polishing, best practices, and being their Go-To-Person when they need you). At Babel, we are partners of both clients and candidates!


  • Bachelor's degree 
  • At least, 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, sourcing a variety of mid and senior roles
  • Passion and interest in recruiting mid and senior level roles
  • Proven experience in sourcing international profiles engaging with passive candidates 
  • People-oriented candidate, able to build successful relationships at a business
