Are you looking to apply your acquired knowledge and experience as an Operations Manager in one of the fastest growing companies in Barcelona? Do you have experience in managing multilingual teams at different seniority levels in contact center environments? Then don’t miss out on this opportunity!

As an Operations Manager, you will be directly responsible for recently created multilingual teams of Community Managers. Your main focus will be leading and coaching the Senior Team Managers and Team Leaders to direct the operations and improve the operational performance in this fast-changing environment. 

Our client is working on a brand new project for a well-known international online tech-company. This client is currently a market leader focused on quality and aiming to change their strategy in order to increase their users' experience. 

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Managing the day-to-day operations in accordance with KPIs and SLAs
  • Prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues including implementation of preventative measures
  • Collaborating with various corporate departments such as Quality, Training, Finance, IT, Recruitment etc.
  • Transition management during set up phase or expansion phases
  • Installing all Service delivery processes and Service Level reporting mechanisms
  • Providing exceptional people management, mentorship and career development to members of the team
  • Driving Operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gain


  • 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager or Service Delivery Manager (managing team leaders)
  • Background in the Contact Center industry
  • Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams in a fast paced environment, able to deal with rapid change and ambiguity
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Substantial experience in operations, preferably in technology industry
  • People management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members
  • Empathy for the Social Media communities and passion to create an exceptional experience and outstanding support
