Responsabilidades Principales

- Developing and building the existing multinational Inside Sales team
- Directly managing a Sales Team 
- Working with the rest of the team on improving the results
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proposing changes in current processes
- Patricipating in building a Sales strategy
- Continually improving and learning the company's products

Experiencia/Habilidades

- Fluent in English & Spanish or English & French (3rd language is a plus)
- At least 2 - 3 years working as a team leader in telesales or customer support experience in B2B online environment 
- Experience in developing company / team KPIs
Good business judgment when making decisions and always considers the relevance/impact of each decision on the business
- Experience in developing and improving company´s processes
- People management skills & Teamplayer
- Results-driven & execution focused
- Customer-oriented
- Multitasking
- Good communication skills
