Our client is a leading provider of data protection and recovery solutions from the USA that assure organizations their data can be recovered whenever necessary. Founded in 1990, this company provides a comprehensive solution for virtual and physical environments, backed by excellent support and expertise to more than 40.000 users around the world.

Working for almost all European markets from their office in the economic heart of Barcelona, they are building an international sales team for this challenging project. This position plays an essential role in increasing the client's efficiency by finding a suitable solution for their data. You will have the chance to work together with the best in your field starting from a partly inbound position, grow to a more senior outbound position, learn from them and develop your sales- and interpersonal skills. This role is a great way to kick-start your sales career. 


Responsabilidades Principales

  • Contact prospective customers by using the CRM tool to reach marketing generated prospects or prospective customers via business directories and other list sources
  • Receive inbound prospects and contact new prospects via phone and email to discuss their needs and to position how their needs could be met by specific products and services of the company, before passing to the sales team
  • Gain and maintain access to decision makers and end users in prospective client companies
  • Maintain account records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Develop a solid understanding of the company's products and stay up to the minute on both industry trends and internal product development
  • Research emerging technologies, trends and competitive information
  • Ensure qualification targets/objectives are achieved on a quarterly basis

Experiencia/Habilidades

  • Bachelor’s degree is an advantage and or related field or an equivalent combination of skills, knowledge, and abilities
  • At least 6 months of telesales experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player 
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Ability to gain access to decision makers and end users via phone
  • Delivery of quality client service to customers. 
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships
