Our client is a well-known company providing industrial gases for the manufacturing sector. From food packaging to eco-buses, their gases improve everything from the quality of our food to the air we breathe. The company has offices all over the world, and in Cornellà de Llobregat they have a shared service center with over 300 employees from all four corners of the globe spread across three departments: Customer Support, Supplier Service, and Logistics.


Responsabilidades Principales

  • Validating input information to ensure work process compliance
  • Carrying out the addition of new vendors
  • Liaising with Buyers and Sourcing Specialists in Procurement to resolve queries
  • Updating, amending and/or deleting vendor details as requested by Buyers, Sourcing Specialists, and the Accounts Payable team
  • Using the monthly Data Quality reports, performing data quality checks and resulting corrections
  • Participating in new development projects and the deployment of changes which impact the SAP vendor master file, (e.g. regulatory changes, introductions of IBAN, new SAP releases, currency changes, tax changes etc.)
  • Filing new additions and requests for changes and related approval in the system
  • Maintaining up-to-date training and “how to” documentation


  • Experience in a business/office environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word…)
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
