Responsabilidades Principales

  • Receive and handle customer requests by email and chat only (no phone!)
  • Be an ambassador for the Golf TV service
  • Collect and maintain of customer data
  • Solve customer inquiries with regards to  service, subscription or payment using the Golf TV Media channels

Experiencia/Habilidades

  • Good technical understanding;
  • Interest in working with Eurosport and Gol TV
  • Any experience with customer service related positions is considered an added value.

  • 39h/ week from 12:00 to 20:00 (Monday to Sunday with at least 2 weekends free/ month
