Great opportunity to join a young, innovative and proactive work team, creating an exceptional work environment. The growing company wants to incorporate a Coordinator for our Customer Service department. Reporting directly to the COO, the supervisor should assure an excellent customer service for the customers in Spain and France. 

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Boost the customer service department to levels of excellence;
  • Supervise and monitor our quality standards;
  • Define and supervise the KPI’s of the customer care department;
  • Maintain and update the documentation and the manuals used by the team (macros, help centre, FAQs, …);
  • Implement strategies to improve que efficiency of our contact centre tools (Zendesk);
  • Train new agents and detect training needs in the team;
  • Supervise a team of 14 international members: coaching, 1to1 meetings and review, establish the planning and sizing the team;
  • Involved in the recruitment process for new agents;


  • +2 years of experience in a similar role (Call Centre, Customer Service department, …) and in team management;
  • Good level of English and Spanish;
  • Communication skills, positive thinking and eager to help;
  • Customer oriented above al;
  • Excellence: capacity of organisation, planning and execution. Focus on details and work under pressure;
  • Team: collaborate with other departments, being able to share achievements, fails, successes and solving problems together;
  • Problem-solver mindset.

A plus if you have:
  • Experience in another e-commerce;
  • Knowledge of Zendesk.
