Our client is a world leader in providing sophisticated automated manufacturing systems located in the beautiful city of Porto.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Perform customer account analysis and collections. Actions taken will involve direct contact with customers and other departments, prepare dunning notices and account statements to be sent periodically 
  • Ensure all disputes with customers are resolved promptly. Follow-up any legal claim and disclosure any warnings regarding customer’s risk with the business team
  • Perform credit checks and effective credit and aging control, keeping credit limits and customer master data appropriately updated. The focus will be on cash inflow and no accounts stopped due to overdue amounts
  • Perform Journal entries and month-end review, ensuring company assets’ records are accurate


  • Minimum of one year experience in the same area
  • Solid Microsoft Office Skills and SAP knowledge would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly shift gears and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and demeanor
  • Team working and problem-solving ability
