Our client is building their EMEA Business Development Team here in Barcelona and is looking for creative and entrepreneurial minds to join their team. If you like to challenge yourself, develop professionally and enjoy building and nurturing relationships, this is your job. You will be responsible for building a solid and sustainable sales pipeline whilst working closely with key functions including Marketing, Sales Executives etc.


Responsabilidades Principales

  • Engage and build relationships with enterprise accounts
  • Generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads and opportunities
  • Understand the needs of the target prospects 
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and events 
  • Work tightly together with the Marketing team to discuss campaigns and events to drive new opportunities
  • Proactively and regularly engaging target accounts through the multitude of different tools 
  • Internal and external relationship building
  • Active role in ‘event’ build-up, participation, and follow-up to drive new opportunities
  • Stay motivated, tenacious, focused on the task at hand
  • Be proactive and work closely with your peers to help drive new ideas and success!

Experiencia/Habilidades

  • 1-3 years Business Development experience
  • Knowledge and experience in engaging with enterprise accounts is a plus 
  • Ability to demonstrate past success 
  • Well-honed skills in relationship building, qualification, and account engagement 
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly
  • Being proactive and taking ownership 
  • Ambition to work in a sales environment
  • Being curious, open-minded, and a team player 
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills 
  • Experience with Salesforce and other collaboration tools is a plus
  • Being resilient and strategic with your outbound activity
