Our client is well established multinational American company that is looking for a new team member for their office in Barcelona.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Manage A/R aging & collection claims
  • Handle invoicing processes 
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Perform accounting entries, Bank Cheque issuer/ Bank Reconciliations
  • Manage KPI analysis
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager on the EMEA consolidated accounts
  • Responsible for the expense reports control and survey, Petty Cash Management, clerical tasks, certain client communications
  • Participation in ad hoc projects and additional duties as assigned by the Finance Manager


  • Accounting degree or related 
  • 5 years of experience in Accounting with excellent knowledge of full cycle accounting procedures
  • Full professional level of English is required (spoken and written). French and/or German is a plus
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with US GAAP is highly valued
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines
