    Sales Manager w/ Native level of French

    Our client is a multinational company leader in its sector and looking to expand in the market. Here in Barcelona, they have a hub full of international sales professionals, looking for a new Team Leader to join their team.

    As a Sales Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
    - Manage a team of 15 to 20 sales agents
    - Monitor the achievement of sales objectives
    - Supervise the sales floor, making sure that your sales agents are working successfully and correctly
    - Make sure that your team has all the resources needed in order to achieve targets
    - Ensure absolute Customer satisfaction
    - Recruit new agents for your team
    - Review daily and monthly reports making sure that KPI's have been hit

    Key Languages:
    - Native level of French
    - Fluent level of English
    - Another European language would be a plus

    Core Skills/Experience:
    - Previous and proven experience in Sales (as an Account Manager or Inside Sales)
    - At least 2 years of experience in managing a Sales Team
    - Experience in using multiple call models and multiple enquiry channels (Calls, Emails, Chat, SMS)
    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    - Organised person, able to prioritize, multi-task and work independently
    - Target and sales oriented
    - Team player
