  • Native level of German 
  • Full Professional level of English
  • Full Professional level of French (is a plus)

  • Manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints while ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with agreements 
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, purchasing, credit, and accounting) to facilitate shipments, invoicing, and overall customer support
  • Monitor customer credit status, handle returns, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Act as a first-level point of contact for internal departments
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently while managing competing demands
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a similar role or industry 
  • Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and Salesforce
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed-oriented and proactive
  • Great organizational skills, proactivity, and desire to develop
  • A good listener who excels in teamwork and enjoys working collaboratively
