Our client is a fast-growing, French-founded startup based in Barcelona on a mission to help digital creators transform their ideas into beautifully produced physical books. With a strong presence in France and Spain and a recently launched UK market, they’re scaling rapidly and are now looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist with a native level of English to support their growth.

  • Main Responsibilities

As a Marketing Strategist, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our authors (content creators, influencers, and digital entrepreneurs) to:

  • Define and implement tailored marketing strategies for each book launch
  • Advise creators on how best to promote their work (not creating content, but shaping the strategy behind it)
  • Support authors with clear guidelines, regular follow-up, and marketing advice throughout the book promotion process
  • Evaluate and prioritize content ideas based on brand alignment and performance potential
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships and guiding creators through every step of their journey
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align efforts and ensure timely execution
  • Track results and adapt strategies based on performance data
  • Core Skills/Experience
  • Some experience in Digital Marketing, ideally with a background in account management or customer success (even a 6-month internship or entry-level role is a great start!)
  • Proven experience working with digital creators/influencers, either at an agency or platform level
  • Solid understanding of Ads Campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, SEO/SEM etc.) and how they apply to creator-focused projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: you love building trust and being seen as a strategic partner!
  • Strategic thinking with an eye for content that performs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
