In this dynamic position, you’ll analyze, design, and optimize business processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, recommend impactful solutions, and implement meaningful changes. Your ability to connect with different departments and stakeholders will be key to ensuring success.

You’ll report directly to the Operations Excellence Manager, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement while making a tangible difference in how the organization operates.

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement optimization and automation where opportunities exist
  • Apply process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead process redesign initiatives, including process mapping, workflow analysis, and performance measurement
  • Conduct root cause analysis to pinpoint improvement areas and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and redesign and streamline processes
  • Develop process documentation, such as process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor the performance of implemented process changes to ensure their efficiency
  • Present reports and presentations on process improvement initiatives to senior management
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback on process changes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or related field
  • A master's degree or relevant certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in process analysis, process improvement, or a similar role
  • Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Vizagi)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is valued
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex data processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and organized, capable of managing several projects simultaneously
