Our client, a growing pet insurance company, is expanding their sales team in Barcelona. They are looking for a Sales Advisor to handle inbound sales calls, support potential customers in understanding their insurance options, and guide them toward making informed purchasing decisions.

  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals by effectively converting leads into customers
  • Engage with potential clients through a high volume of inbound phone calls, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Listen actively to prospects’ concerns and requirements, providing clear and persuasive information about pet insurance products
  • Clearly communicate the value and features of the insurance offerings, addressing pricing concerns and objections with confidence
  • Adhere to established sales scripts and guidelines while maintaining flexibility to personalise conversations and build rapport
  • Work closely with sales managers and colleagues to share best practices, improve sales techniques, and contribute to overall team success
  • Use CRM tools to document customer interactions, track sales progress, and update client information promptly
  • Experience in phone-based sales, preferably in a call centre environment
  • Ability to handle client concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Spanish or English proficiency is highly valued to facilitate cultural integration and communication within the team
  • Strong time management and ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and quick to learn new sales technologies
