Barcelona

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a central role in the administration, operations, and coordination of the business. This is a hybrid role combining operations, office management, supply planning, and executive assistance, offering you broad exposure to all aspects of a growing startup. Your day-to-day activities include:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, weekly planning, and internal coordination

  • Organize company events, meetings, and onboarding for new hires

  • Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers and service providers

  • Oversee logistics operations and warehouse activities

  • Handle office management tasks, including minor maintenance issues and vendor coordination

  • Support supply planning and other operational processes

  • Act as the first point of contact for the team, fostering smooth internal communication

  • Contribute strategically to process improvement and operational efficiency

  • Contribute to the company’s HR strategic vision, helping shape long-term career paths, growth opportunities, and future roles for employees

  • Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish, and full professional proficiency in English and French

  • Hands-on problem solver with attention to detail

  • Previous experience in office management, operations, or executive assistance is a plus

  • High potential and eagerness to grow within a creative and international team

  • Passion for the world of editorial publishing and influencer culture  

  • Competitive salary of EUR 26,000 gross/year

  • Permanent, full-time contract based in Barcelona (100% on-site)

  • Standard working hours (Mon-Fri 9:00–18:00)
