Our client implements a fast, professional and reliable service that provides all the tools a restaurant may need to run a successful business. They are looking for a high-performing Field Sales Manager to support the expansion into new markets and to represent their cut-edge management software for the gastronomy sector. You will be responsible for maximizing their sales potential in new countries and keeping track of their customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. Working closely together with their Sales and Expansion team from the headquarter, you will lead the growth of the company.


Main Responsibilities

  • Being one of the first Sales Managers for your country/region, you will play a key role in their expansion and be responsible to meet their objectives
  • Prospection of new clients and acquisition of new partners within the Horeca sector
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with Key Accounts
  • Travelling through your territory, visiting and meeting potential partners 
  • Being the expert in your market, you make a decisive contribution in the co-design of new sales campaigns
  • You monitor the most important KPIs and work out action strategies if necessary
  • Develop strategies to promote the sales of the products

Core Skills/experience

  • Sales are your passion! You enjoy the communication with new customers and convincing them 
  • Significant experience in field sales and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience with a gastronomy-software provider and familiarity with the food-tech sector, to better understand the needs of the customers
  • Hands-on mentality when it comes to building new processes and defining sales strategies
  • You enjoy being on the road a lot in your region and know your region inside out
  • You are an open and communicative person with strong business sense and industry expertise
  • You have a deep understanding of CRM systems and a structured way of working
