Technical Sales Support w/ Native Level of Portuguese

Our client is a worldwide supplier of automation technology and a performance leader in industrial training and education programs. They have introduced innovative automation technology for the industrial sector in more than 175 countries throughout the world. Our client offers the opportunities and resources of a multinational, while still keeping a family company environment. Now looking for their newest team member to support their quality service team in their office in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.

In this unique Technical Sales Support position, you will create value and strengthen the relationship with the client through effective and decisive problem-solving. Besides you can increase the relationship with the client through proactive actions that allow the company to better understand their needs. Therefore this role plays a critical role as the first point of contact for all clients and an assisting role for the sales team. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Accurately taking care of the order processing, delivery creation, and shipment processing
  • Building a strong customer relationship through a prompt resolution to clients' issues regarding stock availability, sales order and shipment status, product and services
  • Receiving and processing sales orders
  • Following up on order status and order book maintenance

Core Skills/experience

  • Highly interested in the tech-sector 
  • Experience in (technical) customer service is a huge plus! 
  • Excellent communicator who deeply cares about the customer experience
  • Good team-player who benefits from a team setting
  • Solid keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
