Recruitment Team Leader w/ Advanced level of English

Our client is an international contact center providing different services for multinational companies all around the world. They now need a sharp and dynamic Talent Manager to become a part of their permanent HR team in Barcelona.  


Main Responsibilities

  • Motivate and manage a team of up to 8 recruitment specialists
  • You will be highly skilled at finding talented individuals to meet business needs in order to lead your team by example
  • Be a Social Media Pro, and create innovative ways and inspire your team to locate qualified individuals
  • Have an exceptional knowledge and natural ability to read people and assess suitability for a variety of career opportunities within our business and share this experience with your team, developing their recruitment ability
  • Be able to perform administrative duties related to obtaining the correct documentation for successful onboarding and do your due diligence in ensuring candidates have the correct permits required to work in Spain
  • You will be tasked with maintaining a database of potential candidates in ATS
  • Manage your team to deliver high recruitment targets
  • Conduct regular 1:1 sessions and appraisals every 6 months
  • Be highly organized and proficient in all Google and Microsoft applications
  • Track performance and provide detailed reporting on your teams' recruitment activities

Core Skills/experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment team leader role
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and work independently with great attention to detail and a desire to learn
  • Exceptional customer service focus, high-energy, driven, articulate, and a friendly personality
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal personnel and external entities
  • Ability to respect protect and maintain highly confidential information
  • Excellent technical skills including, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Resourceful and willing to take the initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Spanish Labour Law a plus

    • Monday to Thursday 09:00 AM – 18:00 PM
    • Fridays 09:00 AM – 17:00 PM
