Our client is a multinational that provides industrial gases across a wide range of industries from food and beverage to medical, energy, and transportation. They are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who would contribute to hiring international talent as well as continually improve their selection process and the company's best practices in recruitment. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing vacancies 
  • Manage sourcing channels
  • Manage the communication with the recruitment agencies and job boards
  • Be the point of contact for stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Manage the fulfilment of any vacant roles in all legal entities in Europe, mostly corporate roles (Finance, Admin, logistics)
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process 

Core Skills/experience

  • University degree, ideally in HR, Psychology, or similar
  • 3 years of solid experience in Recruitment
  • Passion and interest in Recruitment
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously 
  • Adaptable person, able to talk to stakeholders at all levels (national and international)
  • Experience in sourcing a variety of  mid/senior-level profiles, as well as technical ones
  • Ability to engage with passive candidates in a creative way
  • Local knowledge and trends in the Spanish Recruitment Marketplace
  • Some experience in Human Resources is a plus 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of positions
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Capacity to learn
