Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner w/ Native level of English

Our client is an international tourism/travel company and they are looking for someone who is ready for a new opportunity as a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner at their office in Barcelona. 

Main Responsibilities

- Responsible for recruitment, hiring processes and on-boarding. Active headhunting in certain positions when required in the managerial level.
- Providing advice and support to employees, managers and reporting when required.- Assisting in dealing with organizational issues, developing solutions and implementing action plans in the company.
- Preparing HR communications to employees, managers and stakeholders.- Supporting actively the current implementation of HR policies and create new ones when needed.
- Assisting in training activities for the employees.
- Providing support for corporate social responsibility and wellbeing initiatives.
- Supporting international employees with their foreign country and settling-down queries.- Ensuring company procedures, best practice and legislative requirements when needed.- Documenting all activities and changes within appropriate systems timely and accurately

Core Skills/experience

- +4 years of proven experience in recruitment in the different levels;
- *4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist / HRBP;
- Solid understanding of recruitment and HR best practices.
- Organized, structured and able to work under objectives.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication and relationship skills.
- Fluent English is required.
- Team player and high ethical standards to manage information of a confidential

Plus if you:
Speak other European languages;
- Have experience in the Swiss market.
