Sports Advisor (ASICS) w/ Native level of Italian

Customer Service & Technical Support

ASICS is a multinational and world-famous sports brand that manufactures clothing and equipment for both professional athletes and sports lovers. They are looking for a Sports Customer Advisor with a sporty and positive attitude to join their project in Barcelona. Together with their young and dynamic team, you will offer the best possible experience for customers all over the world.

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering a best in class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions about their products or services through different channels;
  • Contributing and supporting the implementation of the Global Consumer Experience Strategy into the local market;
  • Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform;
  • Managing cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided;
  • Reviewing the information that ASICS delivers to the consumers at a local level in all possible sources (web, newsletters, Twitter, Facebook, posts, events,...).

Core Skills/experience

  • Enjoy taking care of and helping people;
  • Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued;
  • Team player who is also able to work independently;
  • Attentive, empathetic, flexible and proactive;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Passionate about sports;
  • Eager to learn.
