They develop innovative business models based on the latest technology in order to create an inspiring brand experience for customers. 



Main Responsibilities

  • Customer Service level 1/ Technical Support through telephone and E-mail contact 
  • Give information to clients and answer to claims, concerns, suggestions or queries related to CS
  • The identification of needs and provision of additional products, services and follow-ups

Core Skills/experience

  • 1 year experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in Technical Support level 1
  • Knowledge at user level of MS Navision and command of MS Office 
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement Processes 
  • Quality awareness
  • Ability to learn and open mindedness
  • Pro actieve
  • Ability to travel at least 20% of the time 
It would be a plus if you have experience with:
  • Previous work experience with managing logistics and purchasing procedures, especially in the Automotive sector
  • Experience working with ERP´s
