Senior Sales Representative w/ Native level of Spanish

Main Responsibilities

  • The Sales Representative is responsible to drive profitable market share growth with the assigned customer(s) and categories, looking for new customers in the assigned area and establishing winning partnerships with accounts (and in line wiith the ASICS CoE Sales framework).
  •  Functional: To drive the development of the ASICS brands' business across Southern Spain and assigned Customer portfolio to be attended in show room and during job travels
  •  Acquring new customers: active search of new customers to increase customer portfolio: cold calls, emails. Prospect travelling
  •  To analyze sell-in and sell-out results and report on a weekly basis
  •  Understand sales flow and actively look for reorders and closeout opportunities within the customers portfolio. Set regular meetings with customers by priorities.
  •  To work within the agreed ASICS trade terms and within the agreed distribution framework with assigned customer
  •  Work close to Customer Service and Financial team to assure an excellent customer management to the accounts
  •  Controlling: Measure progress on own KPIs. Report to all superiors along guidelines (and monitor all reports.
  •  Budgets: provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance and ensure customer compliance with agreements.
  •  Market and competitors: Monitor and report on customers and competitors activities and propose/initiate/take actions.
  • Work is focused on driving business with assigned customer portfolio jointly with assigned team and look for new customers in the assigned area
  •  Shared KPIs: net sales, margin, sell-through, market share by category and SKU efficiency is key
  •  Ensure Customer compliance with ASICS contracts and terms

Core Skills/experience

  • 2 to 5 years relevant work experience
  • University degree preferably on Business or Sports Econonics, Sales Management
  • Experience in Wholesale business
  • Industry experiance preferably Sports (Running / Tennis / Padel, Fashion. Strong industry knowledge across sport footwear).
  • Ability to analyse data and improve strategic decision making and implementation
  • Budget: Assigned Customer / Sales group Budget
  • Strong communication skills
  • Other: Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Very good command of English both written and spoken. Other European language is a plus.
  • Passion for Sport (preferably Tennis / Padel / Running)
  • Driving licence
  • Availability for travelling around 60% of time
