Our client offers staffing & consultancy solutions to major brands & innovators to attract talented digital marketing experts and leaders.
With their unique focus on e-commerce, e-marketing and e-communication, they are growing rapidly in different markets (Belgium & The Netherlands).

If you are an experienced Recruitment Consultant (2- 10 years experience) who is looking for a new challenge, this is your chance to join a young and dynamic team in beautiful Almeria or Madrid.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your job is more than just passively looking for the right match. You will not only recruit the best e-marketing professionals, you will also engage them with your community. To properly do that, you will have to use social media and e-marketing techniques to build your personal brand as a career coach.

Main Responsibilities

  • Interview and asses top-notch digital managers and experts
  • Challenging your candidates on their motivation, hard and soft skills and vacancy match
  • Having a lot of contact with A-brand clients to present them your candidate shortlist
  • Not giving up until the perfect match is made!

Core Skills/experience

  • Strong passion for (digital) marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer/candidate-centric mindset 
  • Competitive, persistent and result-driven. You like to be challenged.
  • Passionate about what drives people and a good listener
  • You live and breathe digital and you are able to rapidly understand new business concepts
