Senior HR Manager w/ Native level of Spanish

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide direction and recruiting expertise to meet the current and future talent demands
  • Develop robust and strategic sourcing plans and initiatives 
  • Evaluate local markets and alternative recruiting sources, continuously improve the process and quality of our talent
  • Develop and promote the employer brand
  • Implement effective recruiting tactics and processes including sourcing, selection, interviewing and onboarding
  • Determine hiring requirements to meet business goals and objectives
  • Ensure that all legal, as well as audit & compliance standards, are adhered to across all contracts
  • Oversee the starter and leaver process
  • Ensure performance management tools and practices are implemented and developed 
  • Reduce employee turnover and attrition
  • Support the resolution of any employment tribunal claims
  • Attend monthly compliance meetings and report back on HR compliance issues
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all information held on HR files, both manual and electronic in accordance with the Data 
  • Protection legislation and GDPR
  • Assist with the annual salary review process

Core Skills/experience

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science, Human Resources, Human resource management or equivalent 
  • At least 10 years of experience in management 
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in a wide range of HR related issues such as talent acquisition, employee retention, 
  • employee development and relations, payroll, and compensation and benefits
  • Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role within a service environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to support the management to exceed the business objectives
