Our client is an international and young Belgian BPO company working for Belgium's biggest telecom operator.
They offer their customers digital television, telephone contracts, and internet contracts right from their office in El Poblenou, with an astonishing view of the Mediterranean sea. 

For their sales team, they are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is willing to take an extra step to ensure a high customer satisfaction.
Their ideal Sales Support Agent is a perseverant and focused professional, who is committed to chasing leads and closing deals.
In this dynamic and international work environment, it is constantly anticipating, coordinating and reacting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contact new clients in order to sell the telecom provider
  • Make follow-up calls to your existing set of clients and find out about their product satisfaction
  • Provide information on more advantageous product packages and give advice depending on the expectations and needs of your clients
  • Keeping high satisfaction standards and maintaining good relationships with the customers by exceeding the expectations as much as possible

  • Commercial work-drive, results-driven and professional: someone who is able to adapt to constant changes with a positive mindset
  • Dynamic, energetic, and approachable
  • Motivated, with excellent persuasion skills
  • Problem-solving personality in combination with the possibility to think 'out-of-the-box'
