Are you an experienced and young Recruiter looking to join an international team here in Barcelona? Are you passionate about recruiting international salespeople and creating a network with them? If Recruitment is your world, then keep reading this job ad!

Babel Profiles is a young recruitment agency that aims at creating a trusting and warm relationship with both clients and candidates. For this reason, we are looking for a new Recruitment Consultant who has an international mindset and is always looking for new ways of sourcing and finding new and talented candidates. We are a people-oriented agency made of a team of creative, dynamic and international professionals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for your own accounts, making sure their recruitment needs are met
  • Managing the whole recruitment cycle (mainly sales roles), from sourcing new candidates to closing recruitment processes
  • Being able to create long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Interviewing candidates both in a video conference and in face-to-face meetings
  • Attending client meetings when needed in order to build a long-lasting partnership
  • Achieving monthly and weekly targets to help you reach your goals

Furthermore:
  • Having the chance to be involved in the training of new employees
  • Being able to participate in internal projects to improve our work and/or implement new recruitment strategies
  • Having the opportunity of being part of the event management team
  • Sharing ideas on new way-of-work, recruitment strategies or company-related matters

Core Skills/experience

  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • At least, 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Passion for recruiting Sales profiles
  • People-oriented candidate, able to build successful relationships at a business level
  • Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure
  • Flexible personality, capable of adapting to rapid changes
  • Confident communication skills 
  • A bright, confident, and energetic individual who is keen to take ownership of his or her work
  • Professional and positive attitude
